We only ship to the UK and Channel Islands.
Calculating Shipping Costs
Both the shipping charge and the tax are automatically calculated at checkout.
To calculate the shipping charge, add the required items to the cart, click on the Cart button and select Edit Cart. To the right is a summary box, enter the country and delivery details to display the shipping costs. You do not need to enter payment details or set up an account to do this. The shipping costs are also shown when clicking on the Checkout option from the Cart button.
Where the goods are to be shipped outside the UK, for example the Channel Islands, VAT will be deducted.
If you have selected items of unknown weight, the system will be unable to quote for shipping until the item is in stock. Item weights are automatically updated onto the website as soon as the information is known. If the delivery is to the Highlands, Islands or outside the UK, shipping costs may be reduced by limiting the order to less than 1800 grams, as it is often the cheapest way to ship items. Items marked as Large or Restricted can not be shipped via Royal Mail and must go via courier, this will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times are given as a guide only, if the delivery is urgent or required for a specific date then the next day delivery service should be used.
Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver within 1 working day from dispatch.
Royal Mail is not a guaranteed service, so items may take longer than expected.
Courier Delivery
Orders for Courier service should be placed before 10am, orders placed after 10am will not be shipped until the next working day. We ship Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 10am on Friday and before 10am on Monday are shipped on Monday. Our couriers do not delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Certain areas may not offer courier delivery, these are shown at checkout.
Couriers aim to deliver within the time frame indicated when selecting the service, the days indicated refer to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
An additional £2.50 Border Document Charge will be added on to our normal courier price for all shipments to postcodes BT, this is for the additional export documentation required for Ireland.
Standard Shipping Charges for UK
Shipping to the UK Mainland is £3.99 per shipment, regardless of weight*.
*This excludes some Highlands and Islands which attract additional charges for orders over 1.8kg or for items classed as large or restricted, see below. Orders made that include pre-order items may be sent in several shipments, in this case shipping will be charged for each dispatch.

Orders of less than 1.8kg are normally sent via Royal Mail First Class.
Orders over 1.8kg are normally sent via one of our selected couriers, this is at our descression.

Charges for Highlands and Islands via Royal Mail are £3.99 for items under 1.8kg, £7.50 under 2.8kg, £9.00 under 3.8kg and £11.00 under 4.8kg, for orders above this weight please check your cart at checkout. Courier charges for large items and shipments over 4.8kg are £24. (Where this occurs splitting an order into two may be cheaper, oversize items are shown in the Shopping Cart).
Large & Restricted Items
Over size orders are defined as over 60cm in length or where the length plus the width plus the height are more than 90cm. Restricted items, such as enamel paints, inflammable products, aerosols and some liquids can not be sent via Royal Mail and must be sent via a courier.
