Delivery in time for Christmas
Order before 10am on Wednesday 18th December 2024 for Christmas Delivery*
We aim to dispatch orders (with all items in stock*) within 1 working day.
All orders* placed prior to 10am on Wednesday 18th December, will be dispatched on or before the 18th December.
We will continue to dispatch orders through to Friday the 20th December, any orders placed after 10am on Friday 20th December may not be dispatched until after our return from the Christmas and New Year break on January 14th 2025.
Royal Mail's last recommended posting date for 1st Class mail is Friday 20th December.
UPS Courier aims to deliver all orders shipped on or before the 18th December by Christmas**
** Subject to someone being available at the address to sign for the package at the time of the initial delivery attempt.
*The complete order must be in stock at the time of placing the order, items containing back orders may be held until all items are in stock.
Shipping Information
We only ship to the UK and Channel Islands
Royal Mail - Tracked 24 £3.98
Shipping to the UK Mainland is £3.98 per shipment (excluding some restricted items, see below).
Orders made that include pre-order items may be sent in several shipments, in this case shipping may be charged for each dispatch.
UPS Courier Delivery from £10.98
Orders for Courier service should be placed before 10am, orders placed after 10am may not be shipped until the next working day.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Any orders placed between 10am Friday and 10am Monday may not be shipped until Monday. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Certain areas may not offer courier delivery, these are shown at checkout.
Couriers aim to deliver within the time frame indicated when selecting the service, the days indicated refer to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Courier delivery to postcodes classed as Highlands & Islands or Remote Areas are charged at £17.99.
Courier delivery to JE, GY and BT postcodes will be quoted on request.
Calculating Shipping Costs
Both the shipping charge and the tax are automatically calculated at checkout.
To calculate the shipping charge, add the required items to the cart, click on the Cart button and select Edit Cart. To the right is a summary box, enter the country and delivery details to display the shipping costs. You do not need to enter payment details or set up an account to do this. The shipping costs are also shown when clicking on the Checkout option from the Cart button.
Where the goods are to be shipped outside the UK, for example the Channel Islands, VAT will be deducted.
If you have selected items of unknown weight, the system will be unable to quote for shipping until the item is in stock. Item weights are automatically updated onto the website as soon as the information is known.
Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times are given as a guide only, if the delivery is urgent or required for a specific date then we would advise calling customer services to discuss.
Royal Mail - Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day from dispatch, Royal Mail is not a guaranteed service, so items may take longer than expected.
UPS is placed on a next day service, however this is not guaranteed, so items may take longer than expected.
Postcodes classed as UK Highlands and Islands (Remote Areas) may take several days longer to arrive.

Large & Restricted Items
Items shown as flammable, aerosol, or large item can only be shipped by courier. Over size orders are defined as over 60cm in length or where the length plus the width plus the height are more than 90cm.
